25 Jul Southland Structure Planning for Bayside
Bayside Council have just started a new structure plan project for the area adjacent to Southland Shopping Centre. The first stage involves background research and initial input from the community about the area. They are looking for feedback on both the current issues of the area as well as any features that should be preserved.
There are a number of ways for the community to get involved, including drop-in sessions and submitting online feedback. They are also looking to setup an advisory group to help guide the structure planning and local residents and businesses can register their interest in this.
The first stage of consultation closes on 27th August. More information can be found on the Bayside Council website that has been setup for the project.
