Housing Amendment Approved
The Minister has approved the Kingston Council’s housing amendment after approximately 8 months of deliberation. This amendment has made a number of changes including consolidating the foreshore Design and Development Overlays into a single control and creating a number of new residential zone schedules. The changes to the planning scheme are immediately applied so it will be important to review the controls for any properties within the City of Kingston to check for any changes.
